Buying tomato paste and sauce in bulk from Turkey

Turkey's tomato belt produces paste for the whole region. Grade, Brix and packing decide price — and claims on all three are easy to fake without a lab sheet.

Written for: Food manufacturer, HoReCa distributor or importer buying tomato paste.

1. Pick grade and packing

Industrial users buy 28–30 or 36–38 Brix in aseptic drums; retail buyers buy tins, jars or sachets.

  • Aseptic drums ~220 kg for industry
  • Tins 400 g – 4.5 kg for food service and retail
  • Ask for the current-season lab sheet

2. Check the season

Fresh-pack paste is produced July–October. Ask for the production date — old-season stock is often sold as new.

3. Get verified offers

Send your spec, volume and destination through Amanect. We match you with scored producers, return verified offers, and arrange independent inspection before the balance is paid.
