How verification works

A 7-step institutional protocol — the same rigour as BureauVeritas or SGS, built for India's export-ready SMEs. Most vendors complete certification in 5–7 working days.

  1. Step 1

    Application & Onboarding

Vendor submits company details, contacts, products and target export markets through a guided form.

  2. Step 2

    Identity & Director KYC

PAN, Aadhaar and director identity validated against authoritative registries; UBO (beneficial owner) recorded.

  3. Step 3

    Business & Financial Verification

GST, IEC, MCA company filings and bank account ownership are checked. Optional: turnover and export-history review.

  4. Step 4

    Sanctions & Adverse Media Screening

Real-time screening against OFAC, EU, UN, UK and Indian watchlists. Adverse-media scan covers fraud, litigation and reputational risk.

  5. Step 5

    Trust Score™ Calculation

A 0–100 score is generated across six pillars: Identity, Financial, Operational, Compliance, Reputation and Export-Readiness.

  6. Step 6

    Certificate Issuance

Tamper-proof PDF certificate with unique Vendor ID, QR code and digital signature. Valid for 12 months.

  7. Step 7

    Continuous Monitoring

Status, sanctions and adverse-media are re-checked continuously. If anything changes, your buyers see it on the public profile.
