Refund available in full before Amanect begins the review. Once the review has started, the fee is non-refundable because a professional service has been rendered.
Verified Company Profile (€1,500 – €3,000)
Refund available in full before document review begins. After document review has started, a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of work may be issued at Amanect’s discretion. Fees for third-party checks already incurred (e.g. sanctions screening providers) are non-refundable.
Advisory and enterprise engagements
Refund terms for Strategic Member, Market Entry Advisory and Enterprise engagements are set out in the individual service agreement signed with Amanect.
How to request a refund
Email billing@amanect.com from the account email address with the invoice number and reason. We respond within 10 working days.
Consumer withdrawal (EU)
Where you qualify as a consumer under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Where you request the service to start within this period, the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed.
