Book an inspection

Mersin handles most of Türkiye's food exports to the Middle East, Africa and the EU — sunflower oil, pasta, wheat flour and tomato paste. Most loading happens at the factory, not at the port, so a container sealed in Adana or Gaziantep is never opened again until it reaches the buyer.

An Amanect inspector attends the factory on loading day. For 5 L PET oil, we weigh 20 bottles per container, check cap seals, compare every label variant with your approved artwork, count every carton and photograph the container number and seal. Photos appear in your dashboard as they are taken.

Your certificate is online within 24 hours. It has a QR code so your bank, freight forwarder or customer can check it on amanect.com without calling us.

What the inspector checks

  • Fill weight, 20 units per container
  • Label vs artwork
  • Carton count
  • Seal photographs
  • Optional cold test or moisture via a Mersin lab

Questions buyers ask

Do you inspect at the factory or at Mersin port?

At the factory, during loading. Once sealed, containers are rarely opened at the port.

Will my letter of credit accept this certificate?

Only if the LC does not require an accredited body such as SGS. We are not yet ISO/IEC 17020 accredited. Check the LC wording before booking.

How fast can you attend?

Usually with 48 hours' notice inside Mersin, Adana and Gaziantep.

Amanect Verify is an independent commercial inspection service. We are not yet an ISO/IEC 17020 accredited body; letters of credit that require "SGS or equivalent" may not accept our certificate.
