Last updated: 03 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Amanect website and platform (currently in private beta) provided by Amanect Sp. z o.o. (in formation), Wrocław, Poland.

1. Nature of the service

Amanect is an independent, EU-based verification and market-readiness platform. Amanect provides corporate verification, compliance-readiness review, Trust Score™ reporting and structured market-entry advisory. Amanect is not a government body, credit rating agency, financial institution, law firm or accredited certification body.

2. Private beta

The platform is currently in private beta. Features, pricing and availability may change at any time. Amanect provides the platform on an “as-is” basis during this period.

3. User obligations

You warrant that information and documents you submit for verification are true, complete and lawfully provided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Verification and Trust Score

Verification decisions and Trust Score™ values are the result of Amanect’s independent methodology (see the Verification Policy and Trust Score methodology). They do not constitute financial, legal or investment advice, a guarantee of counterparty performance, or a government certification.

5. Fees and refunds

Fees, invoicing terms and refund conditions are described on the Pricing page and in the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All Amanect content, software, brand marks and reports are owned by the operator or its licensors. You may use Amanect-issued certificates and Trust Score badges only in accordance with the guidelines communicated by Amanect.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU/Polish law, Amanect’s aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid by you to Amanect in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of the operator, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
